I started Edwards Management Group to provide executive-level leadership for associations and specialty organizations that need more than administrative support.

For over 12 years, I’ve worked alongside boards and leadership teams to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to growing organizations. My work spans association management, contract executive services, and national medical and specialty conferences.

I focus on building strong governance frameworks, sound financial oversight, and membership-centered growth strategies that support long-term stability.
